# Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vana Labs collects when you visit vanalabs.co, use the free Agent Ready check, or contact us, and how we use that information.

When you contact us by form, email, or WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address, or phone number, and whatever you choose to write. When you run the Agent Ready check, we collect the website address you enter. Our hosting provider also automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and requested pages.

Our contact form sends your message to our team by email through Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam and automated abuse. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for that check.

Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice. The Agent Ready check also stores a random ID and a count of your checks, so repeat checks can be distinguished without knowing who you are. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

We use Google Analytics to measure visits and contact actions, Microsoft Clarity to record interactions with the site, Meta and LinkedIn to measure advertising, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance. These services receive technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, browser, and page activity. Some use cookies. You can manage or block cookies and tracking through your browser settings.

We keep names, email addresses, and message text out of our tracking events. Agent Ready events may include the domain you checked, its score, and whether the check completed. Clarity masks the contact form and check input.

We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, run the checks you request, keep the site working and secure, and maintain records of our work with clients.

We don't sell personal information. We rely on service providers to run the site and the check, such as our hosting and security provider and the services that scan the website address you enter. They receive only what they need for that job. We may also share information when the law requires it.
